WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
All custom orders, engraved or embossed products, or personalized products (birthstones, custom sizes, initials etc) are FINAL and non refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. A 50% deposit and client approval are required to begin production on all custom orders.
We offer exchanges or store credit for stock and non-custom items if there is something wrong with the item, or if it is defective within 7 days of purchase; we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges. We do not provide refunds.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Professional cleanings are recommended as frequently as once a year, depending on how often you wear your jewelry.
To clean diamonds, use dish soap or mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia and apply with a soft bristle brush. Remove jewelry before exercising, showering, applying perfume and lotion and washing dishes.
Prong settings are particularly vulnerable, if hit against a hard surface or snagged on clothing, they may loosen, risking the loss of a gemstone.
Avoid exposing gold jewelry to household bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly disintegrate.
Take care to protect your jewelry from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Even a diamond can chip if hit with enough force or at just the right angle. Many stones such as amethyst, emerald, kunzite, opal, pearl, peridot, tanzanite and tourmaline are very delicate and easily abraded.
DO YOU SHIP TO ALL STATES AND INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to all states and internationally via Fedex or UPS that insures the contents. Additional taxes and fees may apply when shipping internationally as well as additional time for customs.
